Locate your httpd.conf file (locate httpd.conf) and open it.

Generally: nano /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf

Change:

ServerSignature Off

ServerTokens ProductOnly

save and exit the config file and restart httpd service

/etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
